Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust Patients Map

This site shows how Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust treats patients well beyond its boundaries. It shows statistics for the amount of patients the Trust sees within a year and also displays case studies for patients who have been under the care of Leeds hospitals.

This site demonstrates that Leeds Teaching Hospitals don’t just treat patients in Leeds but more regionally and beyond with its varied forms of specialist care.

Over the next five years, Leeds Teaching Hospitals is building two new specialist hospitals, a new adults’ hospital and a new home for Leeds Children’s Hospital – as well as a centralised maternity and neonatals centre – which will take healthcare to the next level.

Two Hospitals

One building

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is developing two distinct new hospitals – one for adults and a new home for Leeds Children’s Hospital, as well as a new maternity centre – in one building on the Leeds General Infirmary site which will benefit from improved communication and logistics through co-location that will deliver a better patient experience.

The new children’s hospital is being designed with children and young people in mind, bringing health services together in a building dedicated to their needs. The new adults’ hospital will provide fully integrated healthcare and develop the outstanding clinical services currently provided for patients.
